LLPOA UPDATES
Sandy Beach/Pavilion Usage:
The pavilion will be open to reserve for the 2026 season. A usage agreement will be able to be viewed or print on our website. All board members will also have a hard copy if you do not have access to our website or access to a printer. Usage of the pavilion will be done on a first come first serve basis. Upon completion of the usage agreement, LLPOA member will present the agreement, date requested for usage, and proof of insurance coverage for specific date, along with a deposit of $100.00. Once availability of the date requested is verified, a notification will be given to the requested member, along with a notification of usage on the website. Notice of cancellation is requested 7 days prior to the event. If the notification is not given, we will retain the $100.00 deposit. Final payment for the usage must be received on or before the day of the event.
During any special events when the pavilion is reserved, members are asked to refrain from uing the pavilion or the Sandy Beach area. A calendar id available on the website to view dates that the pavilion/Sandy Beach is reserved. Details regarding the Pavilion usage for events are listed in the usage agreement such as clean up and access to the facility.
Any individual requesting usage for an event must be a current LLPOA member and annual dues must be paid in full.
New Membership:
Any individual wishing to become a member of the LLPOA can do so by filling out an application which can be found on the website to view or print. All board members will have a hard copy if you do not have access to the website or a printer. Please fill out the application and return it to John and Corey Wojciechowski. Upon receiving the application, a meeting will be held with the current board members and the applicant. The applicant must be present during this meeting. The applicant is subject to review at this meeting, and and initial $150.00 membership fee will be due following the meeting.
