Pavilion Usage:
It has been determined by the board of directors that the pavilion can be used by the general membership at any time. Members are asked to contact board members Corey Wojciechowski to request to reserve the pavilion for any special events. A usage agreement and deposit will be required to secure your reservation. This will be done on a first come first serve basis.
A limit will be placed on the number of times pavilion can be used. A Fee will be stated in your usage agreement. Membership must be current, and annual dues paid in full to secure usage.
Members requesting and using the pavilion for an event are bound by user agreement. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit and your membership status will be in jeopardy. During any special events and when pavilion is booked, members are asked to refrain from using pavilion, beach and swimming area. Posting of the requested usages will be listed here on this page and on calendar of events at the beach property.
Pavilion will not be booked on holiday weekends which include Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend. Usage begins after Memorial Day.
